We have a 30-day return policy on all books purchased on our website--that means you have 30 days from the time you place the order to contact us if you need to make a return. If the return is the result of an error we have made, then we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.  If you need to submit a return, please email us at onlineorders@orcabooks.com This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or call 360-352-0123. Unauthorized returns will be sent back unopened.

Used books may only be returned for store credit. All other items will be refunded in the type of tender used for the original sale.

Store credit obtained by selling books in our store may not be used on our website, unless you choose "Pay at Store" as your payment method.  Store credit may not be used on ebooks.

Discounts and sales are determined by where you pay for your purchase. Items paid for in our store only qualify for certain in-store discounts. Items paid for on the website are only eligible for website discounts.
